Malai Cham Cham

Malai Chamcham is a traditional dessert of Bengal. The chisel is made fresh to make it, but after boiling the spoon, it is cooled and filled with the desired stuffing. Now sweet and juicy spoon in a homemade pressure cooker!!  Who doesn’t like sweets. Any function or festival… You have to ask for sweets. But the prices of sweets nowadays are also in the sky. But i can’t leave it, so I wondered why i would have made it home so that our money would be saved and we could eat sweets of our choice. That’s why today I took a very special recipe for you and its name is Chamcham!! Yes, today, how do I make a very hopeful way? And that too in the pressure cooker… So let’s see how it is made and what we need to make it. So let’s see. It can very easily available ingredients at home.

Ingredients

For Rasgulla

  • Milk: 1 litre
  • Vinegar: 2 tsp
  • Semolina: 2 tsp
  • Sugar: 3/2 cup
  • Water: 4 cups
  • Cardamom: 2

For the cream

  • Lost(Mava): 50 g
  • Sugar powder: 2 tsp
  • Milk: 2 tsp
  • Cherri): 2
  • Saffron: 8-10 grains

Method

For Rasgulla

  • First turn on the flame and put it on the milk to boil.
  • After the milk is boiled, turn off the gas and then add a little vinegar to the milk and mix it slowly. And leave it for 2 minutes.
  • And you will see that the milk has burst well. (If the milk is not cracked , turn it on for a while )
  • Now add cotton cloth on a piece and pour the torn milk into it. And then wash it thoroughly with frosty water. So that whatever is the sourness of the vinegar in it, it is removed.
  • Now get his water out. Do not press the paneer much, press it with a light hand and release the water and leave it for 2-3 hours.
  • Then come out and mix it from this part of the place for 4-5 minutes.
  • After minutes you will see that the paneer is not in hand and is leaving ghee.
  • Then add the semolina dal and mix it for 5 minutes. Then, if the bullet is not having a pass, it means that you are ready to make a panhi ragula.
  • Then dilute it with your hands and cut it with a knife for a size.
  • Then give it the shape of your choice.
  • Here I have made a rasagalle pill. Make a whole cheese pill.
  • Then put sugar in the cooker and pour the water.
  • Then break the cardamom a little and pour it and leave it to boil.
  • When the water boils, pour the rasagalle pill and put it in the city.
  • Now put it on medium heat in 2 whistles and leave it to cool down.
  • Then remove the rasagalle in a cut and put it aside.

For the Cream

  • And now we will make it cream and prepare it.
  • Now take the saffron in a bowl and add a teaspoon of milk and mix the saffron.
  • Then lose in the other bowl and mix the sugar powder.
  • Then pour the saffron in the milk and mix it well.
  • Now cut the rasagalle with a knife. And he will fill a little cream in his.
  • And then put the cherry on top of it.
  • And here we are ready to shine. Keep it in the refrigerator for a while and then eat or neighbour the guests. Although you can still eat, it’s even better to give it a little bit of a thief.
