Ingredients

Preparing Masala For Sandwich

  • 2 Potato
  • 1 Onion (Small size) (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Mustard Seeds
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 4 to 5 Curry Leaves
  • ½ Glass Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil

Preparing Masala cheese Toast Sandwich

  • 8 Bread Sliced
  • Small Bowl Amul Butter
  • Small Bowl Schezwan chutney
  • Small Bowl Green Chutney (Coriander and Mint leave chutney)
  • Mozzarella Cheese (Medium size bowl) (Greated)
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala

Method

Preparing Masala For Sandwich

  • First wash the potato and and transfer into the pressure cooker and add ½ glass of water.
  • Then Turn on the flame, put it on high flame and give 3 whistles.
  • After 2 whistles, turn off the flame and keep aside to cool down.
  • Then remove the cover of potato and mashed potato by hand.
  • Turn on the Flame and put it on the pan and add 1 tsp of oil.
  • When oil is heated then add ½ tsp Cumin seeds, and add ½ tsp Mustard seeds. Mustard seeds is flearted then add 5 Curry leaves.
  • Curry leaves fragrance comes out then add finely chopped onion and stir it.
  • Then add finely chopped 2 green chilli. Onion changes the colour golden then add ½ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp of salt and all to mix well.
  • After that add mashed potato and mix well.
  • Potato Masala Is ready for Masala Toast sandwich.

Preparing Masala cheese Toast Sandwich

  • Take a one slice bread and spread the butter on one side and the same side spread 1 tsp of green chutney. And keep aside.
  • Then take another slice of bread and spread the butter on one side and the same side spread 1 tsp of schezwan chutney.
  • After that, take a green chutney bread slice and fill the potato masala and spread evenly.
  • Then take 2 tsp of mozzarella cheese and spread evenly.
  • After that take a pinch of Chaat Masala and spread on top of the cheese.
  • Then take a schezwan bread slice and put it on cheese slice bread.
  • On this method to make all Masala cheese sandwiches.
  • Then turn on the flame and put it on the pan .
  • When the pan is heated then spread the butter on the top masala cheese sandwich and put it on the pan. And roast it. (Spread Butter on both sides and Roast both sides).
  • Roast this sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Roast both sides till they turn colour brown and Crispy.
  • On this method to roast all Bombay Style Masala Cheese toast Sandwiches.
