Mango Ice Cream

In the Summer season Mango ice cream is very popular. This dessert recipe is very healthy and very smooth and sweet. There are different types of making Ice Creams. Today I am sharing how to make Mango ice cream at home. Mostly Mango ice cream is made with an ice cream blender but I Make this Mango ice cream with a hand blender.

  • 4 mango (Kesar Mango)
  • 1 small bowl sugar
  • 1 bowl Fresh cream (Medium size)
  • ½  small bowl tutti fruity


  1. First take 5 Kesar mangoes and wash it properly and peel it mango skin. Then take a knife and cut into small pieces.
  2. Take a mixer jar and add to it cutted mango slices, 1 small bowl of sugar and grind it. You will get the smooth texture. 
  3. Then Mango Batter is poured into the big bowl and added 1 bowl of fresh cream.(Before use of fresh cream keep it in a refrigerator for ½ hour then for use for ice cream).
  4. Then take a hand blender and whip it.
  5. This batter whipped for 10 minutes. Mango Batter is ready.
  6. Then take an airtight box and pour into the box Mango batter. Close the lid.
  7. Then Keep it Refrigerator on this box for 8 to 9 hours.
  8. After 8 hours remove the Mango Ice Cream box in the refrigerator
  9. And open the lid of and Garnish with tutti fruity.
  10. Now Mango Ice Cream is ready to serve.
